Milk Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

2 C. Flour
2 C.Oats
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
Dash or so of Nutmeg (I used Apple Pie Spice)
1 C. (2 sticks) Butter, softened
3/4 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 C. Milk Chocolate chips
1 C. Chocolate Chunks (I cut up snack size Hershey with Almonds Bars)

-Preheat oven to 350
-In a large bowl mix together the flour, oats, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
-In a separate bowl cream together butter and sugars until fluffy (about 2 mins). Add the eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Mix in the vanilla.
-Add half of the dry mixture to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until just blended, add remaining mixture and mix until no dry crumbs remain.
-Add the chocolate chips and chunks and stir until blended.
-Cover the dough and refrigerate for 30 min or longer.
-Spoon golf sized balls of dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Cook for 12 minutes or until lightly brown

- These turned out SO yummy. Make sure to use MILK chocolate- it's makes such a difference!!-Lindsey
