Roasted Pumpkin Seeds



I make this every year, we love them so much!!! I keep with the basic recipe.
When you eat them put the whole seed in your mouth and eat it! I would crave these when I was pregnant! They have been a favorite ever since.
1 Pumpkin
2-3 TBLS vegetable oil
Salt
Take the seeds out of the pumpkin, wash them in a colander,place on a oiled cookie sheet sprinkle with salt bake at 350 for 20 minutes stir occasionally.
