Coconut Cream Dessert

I know this is not the best picture, my mom made this for my Auntie's 94th birthday,everyone loved it. Every time my mom makes this it is devoured!!!

1 cup all purpose flour
2 TBLS. sugar
1/2 cup cold butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
mix and cut in the butter into the flour and sugar until crumbly, add the pecans. Press into a greased 9x13 bake at 325 for 20-25 min Then let cool
1-8 oz cram cheese softened
1 cup powder sugar
1 cup cool whip
4 cups cold milk
3 pkg. instant coconut cram pudding
Mix cream cheese and powd. sugar beat until smooth then fold in the cool whip. Spread on the cooled crust. Beat pudding and milk for 2 minutes then let stand for another 2 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese mixture, Then spread the remaining cool whip from the carton. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup toasted coconut. Chill best chilled overnight.
