Bacon Wrapped Wienies

These are to die for! I have made these for weddings, and I can never keep them on the plate.
They are one of my families favorites for all occasions. Next week is SUPER BOWL Sunday Perfect.
1 - 2 lbs. little smokies
1 lbs. bacon
1 lbs. brown sugar

Cut bacon into 4 pieces, wrap each sausage with a small piece of bacon and use a toothpick to hold it together. Lay them out onto a foiled lined cookie sheet close together. ( You can fit up to 11/2 pounds of wrapped sausages onto one cookie sheet.) Spread brown sugar over the sausages covering the whole sheet generously. Cook in a 375 oven for 1/2 hour. You can turn the heat up some if you are in a hurry. The bacon should be cooked and the brown sugar caramelized.
